Absolutely! Our design services cater to both new and existing homes. We can also work directly with homeowners, architects, builders or other home professionals throughout the project. 

Project timelines vary based on the package and complexity:

• Client Onboarding is booked within 1 week
• Mood Board Package within 5-10 business days
• Full Design Package within 10-20 business days
• Whole Home Designs within 6-18 weeks. 

You will be prompted with a quentionnaire outlining what is required for you and your client to get started on the design. This includes but is not limited to: photos of the space, measurements, inspiration images, budget, timeline and any existing furniture to keep. 

Our Full Design Retainer includes BCIN and engineer-stamped drawings where required - message us for more details. We can also guide you on what permits may be needed, but you or the local permitting office will handle approvals. 

Yes. We can source from your preferred suppliers or use ours if you don’t have a list. We tailor everything to your price ranges and construction methods.

Yes. Whether you choose a pay-per-project or monthly retainer, all communication, visuals, and documents are white-labeled with your branding. We CC your team, manage client expectations, and work seamlessly under your name, unless suggested otherwise.

Through email and a branded portal where they can view progress, message the designer, and approve work. You’ll always have visibility.

Yes! Most of our contractor partners charge more for the initial design consultation or include it in their package pricing.

Yes, a revision is included in your package for all of our services. You can request an additional adjustment to the design after the final presentation for an added fee.

We aim to ensure the final design meets your vision and expectations, without the need for additional revisions. Though, when clients see the final design, it opens their eyes to different ideas. Your feedback is important throughout the process and we will ensure we exceed your expectations. 

The design consult still adds value to your offering. Some contractors refund part of the fee if the client proceeds, others don’t. It’s flexible and you can still profit if you markup our fee to your potential client!

Regrettably, we do not offer refunds for any reason on virtual design projects. Each package includes one revision, but we’re flexible depending on the scope. Retainer clients receive live edits and faster turnaround for last-minute changes.

Yes! They will have to let us know which items they want included. Photos, measurements or links to the items are encouraged, so we can more accurately incorporate it into the design.

We provide direct shopping links, but they will have the choice of making the purchases themselves or having our design coordinator do it for them. This allows them to shop at their own pace and take advantage of any sales or discounts. We can also provide recommendations for local professionals who can assist with installation and assembly. 

It’s up to you. Many contractors prefer we lead the client relationship and just CC them. Others want to stay hands-on. Either way, you’ll always be looped in on final designs and have our packages labels with your company logo.

Yes! That is one of the greatest parts of virtual interior design. We proudly offer our services to clients worldwide. We will source products from retail stores in your location, though we ask for you to send us some of your favourite stores and vendors. 

While our core services are Virtual, we do provide a Hybrid service for those based in Toronto of the GTA. Contact us to see if we can meet up!
