Cancellations and Refunds Policy

At Homenrg, we strive to provide exceptional service and ensure customer satisfaction. We understand that sometimes circumstances change, and you may need to cancel or request a refund for our services. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancellations and refunds for each of our services. 

Cancellation Policy:

• Full notice of cancellations must be requested in writing via email, 48 hours prior to the scheduled consultation.

• Cancellations made within 28 days of purchase and 48 hours prior to the scheduled consultation will receive a full refund.

• No refunds will be issued once the design consultation has taken place.

• Timely cancellations allow us to adjust our schedules and offer the slot to other clients in need. Failure to provide cancellation notice within this timeframe will result in the forfeiture of any refund.

Rescheduling Policy:

We understand that unexpected events can arise, so we are here to work with your schedule, that is the best part about virtual design! 

• If you need to reschedule the design consultation, simply inform us of your circumstances, 48 hours prior.

Refund Policy:

• Once the design consultation has taken place with your designer, refunds will no longer be available. 

• If you request a refund 48 hours before your scheduled consultation date, we will process your refund, minus a 10% service fee to cover payment processing costs. 

• If you are not satisfied with the service, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the final design. We will work with you to address any concerns and make necessary revisions.
